Western Blot Analysis (Polyacrylamide-based)

Students identify proteins using Western blotting. Proteins are separated on polyacrylamide gels, transferred to a membrane, and detected with enzyme linked antibodies. Color develops at antigen bands, and molecular weights are measured with prestained markers.
